I have pretty much kept quiet about it all, but all I’m going to say about this political/union/ b.s. is this:

If you are convinced that the unions (you can add in the Public Radio debate here too) are causing the financial problems in this country (the United States), the politicians have successfully distracted you from looking at the books.

These issues are either small potatoes or part of MUCH LARGER PROBLEMS and picking at them does nothing. It will do no good to rid ourselves of these things. No. Good. It will give temporary comfort to the politicians who must do something, anything, to appease us so they can keep their jobs.

You forget or basically were never taught the truth: YOU RUN THIS COUNTRY. You are the owner of this business….and right now you need to start acting like it. We need to hire better management.

There is no blame on anyone but ourselves. Stop electing assholes who only want to be politicians; who go around looking busy as to ‘earn their keep’. We need to stop paying attention to what is being done (or appears to be being done) and start paying attention to results. And stop paying those who don’t produce them.

The end of our nose is not far enough, we need to look further ahead than that.
