Notice to people who drive in the snow
People: When it snows enough that you must ‘dig’ out your car from the snow (this means anything > 1inch), we all know that you only need to see out the windows.
HOWEVER
when you don’t get the snow off the roof of your car, while you are driving down the street the snow on the top of your car comes off! (Oh. My. God. Imagine that!) and dangerously envelopes the cars...

Political Rant Of The Day | January 3, 2011
50 years ago today, the US Government (Eisenhower Administration) shut down the US Embassy in Havana and the United States stopped all diplomatic negotiations with Cuba.
This embargo is still in effect today, in fact, President Obama extended it through September this year.
Fifty damn years. Unbelievable considering what other countries we’ve treated better and who have done us worse....
